Justine Clowes is head of the Private Client Team at SAS Daniels and specialises in wills and wealth planning, powers of attorney and court of protection legal matters, with a strong focus on working with people who lack mental capacity and their families. She has a special interest in legal services that benefit the older person and generally helping people to plan for older age and put in place the arrangements that might help them later, for instance powers of attorney.
She is a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE), as well as a fully qualified member of STEP (Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners).
