Justine Clowes is head of the wills, trusts and probate team and specialise in wills and wealth planning, powers of attorney and court of protection legal matters, with a strong focus on working with people who lack mental capacity and their families. She has a special interest in legal services that benefit the older person, in particular advising on care home fee funding, and generally helping people to plan for older age and put in place the arrangements that might help them later, for instance powers of attorney.
She advises clients across Cheshire from their offices in Macclesfield, Congleton, Stockport and Chester and will also see clients at their home or in hospital should they not be able to come to one of their offices.
She is a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE), as well as a fully qualified member of STEP (Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners).
