Justine Clowes is head of the Private Client Team at SAS Daniels. She specialises in a range of private client matters, including wills and wealth planning, powers of attorney, and court of protection legal matters. One of her main focuses is working with clients who lack mental capacity and their families to provide the necessary legal support and guidance.
Having joined SAS Daniels in 2000 and becoming fully qualified in 2002, Justine has over 20 years of experience in the field. She has established herself as a leading expert in the areas of elder law and estate planning. She is passionate about helping older people and their families plan for the future and put in place the necessary legal measures to ensure their future comfort and care.
As well as being a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, she is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
