Emma Gray

Director

Emma is a full accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and has been a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and the Private Client Section of the Law Society for many years.  She was Regional Director of the Devon & Cornwall Regional Group of SFE from June 2018 to June 2021 and she is a Dementia Friend.  Emma was accepted onto the SFE board of directors in October 2019 and is the current Head of the SFE Regions.

Emma is now a non-practicing solicitor.  After sadly becoming a young widow in 2016, Emma paused law just before the pandemic in the Spring of 2020 to spend more time being solo-parent to her children.  Since then Emma has set up her own initiative, Rainbow Hunting Limited, aiming at helping people who have been through bereavement and/or trauma by providing them with easy to understand articles on legal matters and mental wellness topics.  Emma is spending her time re-training as a counsellor and writing her first memoire in the hope that sharing her story will help others.

When not working, Emma loves exploring the South West and further afield with her two young children.  Emma enjoys entering running & cycling events and has raised money for local charities close to her heart, including Hospiscare, Force and the Royal Navy & Royal Marines Children’s Fund.

Emma is an Ambassador for the national charity Widowed and Young (WAY) who support people aged 50 or under when their partner died and she has set up a Military Sub Group for WAY on Facebook”
